CourseGraphic In this physically active and highly engaging 3-week course for all abilities and skill levels, we will discover how sport and the many facets of fitness are functionally co-dependent. Components of each class will underscore theory, concepts and ideas around how improving the execution of our innate strength and conditioning systems, along with using a variety of approaches to doing so, will lead to increased enjoyment and performance in any athletic pursuit. Get ready to sweat and learn how you can make ANY of your athletic goals a life-long campaign unique to your goals!
