ClassGraphic Taught by Lea Morrison, this class will help you build a foundation for yourself that allows you to feel more in control of your environment.  It will assist you in creating a space in your life that will enhance balance, concentration, sleep, lessen anxieties and patterned thought processes.  Tap into your own ability to heal the mind and body through targeted exercises that can be incorporated into your everyday life.  Techniques for grounding, active listening, gratitude work and setting intention are included in this introductory class. The science and benefits of mindfulness will also be covered along with everyday tips for home and work.
