ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DIPLOMA PROGRAM (AA)
This hands-on program teaches students the latest advances in office technology with a solid foundation in administrative fundamentals. Students will progress through a series of learning activities to develop the skills necessary to meet the challenges of today’s professional office. Get the essential skills in up-to-date computer processing, spreadsheets basic accounting & marketing concepts to ensure you can work and excel in a variety of industries.
Prerequisites:
Grade 12 or related experience & training
Basic knowledge of computers
Basic keyboarding
Grade 10 English or Foundations English 7 or equivalent
Course Requirements
90% attendance
70% grade average
Successfully complete Administrative Assistant Diploma courses & requirements
Complete a current Criminal Record Check as required by practicum hosts
Basic supplies will be the student’s responsibility. (Binders, tabs, pens, pencils, USB drive etc.)
