Summer Learning Cancellation & Refund Policies

To cancel your registration PRIOR to the course starting, please e-mail cerefunds@sd43.bc.ca (be sure to include the student's full name and the course name and number in the e-mail).

In order to withdraw from a course AFTER the course has started, please visit the office at your Summer Learning school site.

Elementary Skill Building 

 

International Students: Students who withdraw from a course at any time between registration and prior to the third class will have 50% deducted from the tuition refund.

No tuition refund will be issued for withdrawal requests received after the start of the third class.

In order to withdraw and request the refund PRIOR to the course starting, please e-mail cerefunds@sd43.bc.ca (be sure to include the student's full name and the course name and number in the e-mail).

In order to withdraw from a course AFTER the course has started, please visit the office at your Summer Learning school site.  We reserve the right to charge a $35 transfer fee from International students.


Middle Skill Building

Materials Fee:  If you registered for a course that charged the $35 materials fee:

If you withdraw after the course has started, materials fees collected for supplies will not be refunded.  If the fee was for a workbook, you will be refunded $35 upon returning the workbook in an unused "mint" condition.


Secondary Skill Building

International Students: Only students currently in Grade 7 or 8 are eligible to register in Secondary Skill Building courses.  Students who withdraw from a course at any time between registration and prior to the third class will have 50% deducted from the tuition refund.

Academic Completion (formerly "Remedial") Courses, Advanced (High School) Credit Courses (Face-to-Face classes) and Online Fast Track Credit Courses (Online Blended classes)
