Mindfulness Series – 4 weeks, 2.5 hours/class
A fun, informative and interactive workshop series that will teach you how to navigate the mind - body connection through meditation and mindfulness.  Build a foundation for yourself that allows you to feel more in control of your environment, creating a space in your life that will enhance balance, concentration, sleep, lessen anxieties and patterned thought processes.  Tap into your own ability to heal through the mind and body through targeted exercises that can be incorporated into your everyday life, welcoming in a space for balance and personal success.
