ClassGraphic This workshop provides guidelines and best practices for providing excellent customer service that will enable staff to build ,maintain, and increase a loyal customer base. Learn strategies for making the most of every customer contact. Whether in person, on the phone, or online, course participants will discover he actions they need to take to develop loyal and devoted customers. At this programs conclusion, participants will be able to recognize and embrace the importance of culturally appropriate greeting, explain the fundamentals of interacting with customers in person, effectively handle interactions with customers from non-North American cultures, customers who are physically challenged, send professional, customer-centric email correspondence and articulate the importance of leading service.
