Active Living 12 teaches the importance of physical activity, an important part of overall health and well-being. Finding enjoyable recreational activities can motivate people to participate more regularly in physical activity. Safety and injury prevention practices allow lifelong participation in physical activities.

Students have one year from registration to complete this self-paced online course and must complete 5% in the first month. Learning takes place through Brightspace lessons, discussions, and email communication, and students can meet their teacher for orientation and learning support at the Coquitlam Learning Opportunity Centre (CLOC), located near Coquitlam Centre.
*Free to students who live in BC and hold an eligible status (under 19 or Adult Non-Graduate). Tuition costs will be eliminated at checkout.
